How does the Cirkul water bottle work?
The Cirkul system consists of a reusable bottle, a lid, and a flavor cartridge called a Sips. As you drink, water flows from the bottle through the lid and mixes with the flavor concentrate in the Sips cartridge. You can adjust the flavor intensity using the built-in dial.
Are Cirkul flavor cartridges sugar-free?
Yes, most Cirkul Sips are sugar-free, contain zero calories, and have no artificial colors. We offer various formulas, including options sweetened with stevia or sucralose, to fit your dietary preferences.
How long does one Sips cartridge last?
On average, one Sips cartridge can flavor approximately six 22-ounce bottle fill-ups when set to a medium dial setting (around 4). The actual longevity depends on your preferred flavor intensity.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my Cirkul products?
Due to the consumable nature of our flavor cartridges, we cannot accept returns on opened Sips. However, if you are unsatisfied with your bottle or hardware, you may return unused items within 30 days of purchase.
How do I clean my Cirkul bottle and lid?
The Cirkul bottle and lid are top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend removing the Sips cartridge before washing and hand-washing the lid occasionally with warm, soapy water to ensure all components remain clean.
