Review Eligibility

Ensure your hardware is within 30 days of purchase and that flavor Sip cartridges remain in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging.

Contact Support

Email our dedicated support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
